We consistently track and adhere to the policies and procedures of the Manitoba/Canadian government regarding tourism operations during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Current Booking Status

Aurora Paradise B&B is currently not accepting new bookings for the 2021 Season. 

We plan to open bookings for 2022 March.  

Cancellation Policy during Pandemic 

Our cancellation policy regarding travel during Covid-19 will adapt to accommodate the current Government standards and safety protocols as required.

Our Health & Safety Initiatives 

With thanks to the support of the Manitoba Hotel Association, Manitoba Restaurant and Food Services Association and Travel Manitoba we are proud to say that we hold the current Cleaning it Right Certification. 

We pledge to do our best for you in the following ways:

Masks are worn at all times by staff and required by guests in all common areas.

Passengers and drivers are required to wear masks at all times while in the vehicle.

All hard touch points within the vehicle and outer handles will be sanitized in-between transport uses.

High touch areas within the Cabins are sanitized on a heightened schedule.

Sanitation wipes and gel are made available at all times, in all rooms and in transport vehicles.

Signage regarding current health and safety protocols is posted at key points throughout property and outside of entry doors.

Continental breakfast items are made available in individually packaged meal sets.

Staff will follow social distancing guides by maintaining 6ft/2m apart from each other and guests whenever possible. 

Staff will cough/sneeze into elbows (or masks) and then wash hands/use hand sanitizer. Guests are expected to follow the same protocol.

Occupancy Guidelines & Cleaning Schedules

Both cabins are to be booked out to only one cohort and/or family group at a time. 

Cleaning staff is scheduled outside of occupancy times as often as possible. 

Full Cabins are meticulously cleaned and sanitized before and after the occupancy dates of each group. To limit exposure, bedrooms are not serviced during occupancy dates unless special additional arrangements have been requested.

At this time of heightened caution guests of our guests are welcome to meet with cabin occupants outdoors on property.  Current social distancing standards for both distance and group size are expected to be maintained.
